The least invasive option comes first. That might mean watching a small spot on a tooth instead of filling it right away, or fixing a chip with bonding (a tooth-colored resin) instead of a crown.
Natural teeth are worth keeping. Every time a dentist drills, less of the tooth is left, so there's no rush into work you may not need. And when treatment does make sense, you'll see the X-rays, hear what's going on, and get your choices in plain words. Has another office told you that you need major work? Toddlers, teens, parents, and grandparents can all see the same team, and you're welcome to ask about booking family members back to back. Cleanings, crowns, and clear aligners all happen here in our own office, so most of your family's care stays in one place.

Saving the tooth you have is always the first try. Already lost one, or can't save it? An implant, a bridge, or a denture can fill the gap, and we'll explain how they differ in cost, time, and upkeep.
I want straighter teeth
Clear aligners are thin plastic trays that move your teeth a little at a time, with no metal braces. They come out when you eat and brush.
My child needs a dentist
Kids can start coming as toddlers. Short, friendly visits help them get used to the chair. Sealants, a thin coating painted on the back teeth, help keep cavities out.

A calm, welcoming space in the Bel-Red corridor
You'll find us in Forest Office Park, at 148th Ave NE and NE Bel-Red Rd. in Bellevue, Building F, Suite 101. Parking is free and dedicated, right outside the door, so there's no hunting for a spot or feeding a meter.
From Redmond or Kirkland, head south on 148th Ave NE until you reach Bel-Red Rd. Sammamish families usually take SR-520 or I-90 and get here in 15 to 20 minutes.
Hours are Monday 8 to 5, Tuesday and Wednesday 7:30 to 4:30, and Thursday 7 to 2. Those early starts make it easier to fit a visit in before work or school.
Inside, it's bright and quiet, and the faces stay the same from one visit to the next. Scheduling and records are handled by Kris and Jeannie. Kristie and Ana do cleanings and teach home care, and Marta works chairside during treatment. All five have been here for years.

Check in. Park free right outside and say hello at the front desk.

Exam and cleaning. First, the dentist checks your teeth, gums, and bite, and takes X-rays if you need them. After that, your hygienist cleans your teeth. Along the way you'll hear what we're seeing in plain words, and you can ask anything, including the questions people feel silly asking.

Options and costs. Need treatment? We'll show you why, list your options from least to most involved, and go over costs up front. Timing is up to you, and nobody will push.

You'll know the cost before any treatment starts. For larger work, a pre-estimate can go to your insurer first, so your share is clear ahead of time.

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. We welcome new patients of all ages, including whole families who want to book together. Call (425) 883-3040 or request an appointment online, and our front desk will find a time that suits you and tell you what to bring to your first visit.
What ages do you see?
We care for patients from toddlers to seniors. Parents can book their own cleanings on the same day as their kids. Seeing the whole family lets us spot patterns, like a tendency toward cavities or grinding, and plan care that fits each person's age and needs.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept most dental insurance plans, and we file claims on your behalf. Call us at (425) 883-3040 with your plan details, and our front desk will confirm your coverage and explain what to expect before your visit, so you aren't surprised by a bill later.
What should I do in a dental emergency?
Call our office at (425) 883-3040 first and tell us what happened, so we can help you decide how soon you need to be seen. If you can't reach the front desk, call or text our emergency line at (571) 341-0957. If you have severe swelling or trouble breathing, go to the nearest emergency room.
What does "conservative dentistry" mean?
It means we try the least invasive treatment that will work. We'd rather watch a tiny spot or place a small filling than drill more tooth than needed. Your natural teeth are worth keeping, so we save them whenever we reasonably can.
How often should I get a checkup?
Most people do well with an exam and cleaning every six months. Some patients, such as those with gum disease, may need visits more often. Your dentist will suggest a schedule based on your mouth, not a one-size-fits-all rule.
Where are you, and is parking easy?
We're in Forest Office Park at 148th Ave NE and NE Bel-Red Rd. in Bellevue (Bldg. F, Ste. 101). Free dedicated parking sits right outside the building. The office is a short drive from Redmond, Kirkland, and Sammamish.
Can I come in for a second opinion?
Yes. If another office has suggested major work and you're not sure, bring your X-rays or treatment plan. We'll take an honest look and tell you what we'd do. Sometimes that's the same plan, and sometimes a simpler one will work.
Do you treat gum disease?
Yes. Early gum disease often shows up as red, puffy gums that bleed when you brush. We check your gums at every exam. If you need more than a regular cleaning, we offer a deep cleaning called scaling and root planing, which clears buildup from below the gumline.
I get nervous at the dentist. Can you help?
You are not alone, and there is nothing to be embarrassed about. Tell us what worries you, and we'll go at your pace, explain each step before we do it, and stop whenever you raise a hand. Our team has worked together for years and keeps the mood calm.
Can you get my records from my last dentist?
Yes. Give us your previous dentist's name when you book, and we'll request your records and any recent X-rays. If your X-rays are recent enough, we can often use them instead of taking new ones. It saves you time and keeps your history in one place.
